The use of confetti, candles, glitter, fireworks, sparklers straw, hay, rice, and birdseed is prohibited. no selling of alcohol and no ticketed events, no smoking/vaping, no animals unless service animals. Nothing may be affixed to the walls, ceilings or windows using thumb tacks, pushpins, nails, staples, or tape. Bartenders are required when alcohol is being served.

Insurance is an add-on with a rental fee.
NO LOITERING OR GATHERING OUTSIDE THE VENUE- IF SO SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION.
If the event is canceled by the client, no portion of the fees paid will be returned to the Client. However, If you need to change your date for any reason, we will allow one schedule change and it must be booked within 6 months of the original date (The date must be available) there will be a $35 transfer fee for the contract changes
